Heal in Community.
I had a beautiful conversation the other day with someone who just happened to stop by the studio. We’d never met before, but within moments I felt something so deeply human, familiar, and grounding between us.
Not because we were trying to get to know each other — but because we were simply two people, being ourselves, in shared presence.
It reminded me of something essential:
We’re not meant to walk this life alone. We’re meant to be witnessed.
To belong somewhere. To be held in moments of transition, healing, and re-rooting. To be seen not just when we're polished, but especially when we're tender.
The person I spoke with shared that they’re new to the area and looking for community — something to anchor into that feels like home. I know that feeling. Many of us are craving that: places and people that feel safe, real, and unforced.
This is what makes the work I do feel so rich and fulfilling. I’ve realized how much of bodywork, energy work and space holding is ultimately relational healing. It’s not just about tending to the body or nervous system in isolation. It’s about what happens between us. It’s about co-regulation. It’s about repairing the ruptures we’ve experienced in relationship- the ones that taught us it wasn’t safe to be seen, safe to be deeply attuned to our own needs. The ones that were rooted in the framework that we must meet certain conditions in order to be loved and accepted.
This kind of healing happens in connection, in slowness, in presence. In being met without needing to perform.
I feel strongly that this kind of healing — this kind of being seen, held, and supported — is something everyone deserves to experience, regardless of income or circumstance.
So, a reminder that I do offer some sliding scale sessions — so that we can make money a little less of a barrier to accessing this work. If the sliding scale is still presenting a barrier, please message me directly. If you know someone that also might benefit from this, feel free to share! Reminder that you can book these sessions directly from the scheduling page.
And for those who feel resourced and wish to contribute more, there’s also the option to pay it forward — helping to support someone else in receiving the care they need. I will link both options at the bottom!
It’s a full circle of us taking care of one another, in the ways we can.
So whether you’re feeling grounded right now or in need of extra support, I want you to know:
There’s space for you here.
You don’t have to do it all alone.
